Landlords are willing to hold rental homes for up to two weeks (sometimes shorter, rarely longer!) In order to set you up for success, I will need the following prior to setting an appointment to view any Las Vegas Area Rental Homes:
Las Vegas Rental Questionnaire (filled out online)
GLVAR Application & Duties Owed (Download this PDF, fill out, scan & email.) You may leave off sensitive information such as social security numbers & drivers licenses. You do need to fill it in when you do turn in your application.
Additional Checklist (I don’t need these for appointment but you need these for application):
- Application Fee (Non-Refundable)
- Photos of All Pets
- Bank Statements
- Paycheck Stubs
